Troubleshoot installing Office

The issues you encounter when trying to install Office 365, or Office 2019, 2016 or 2013 and how you fix them depends on whether your product is part of an Office for home or Office for business plan.

In addition, with Office for business plans only admins responsible for managing Office 365 in their organization can do certain tasks. Therefore, admins should view the issues and solutions listed under both the Office for amnicolist and Office 365 Admin tabs.

Not sure what plan you have?
