Police in Stamford are investigating the homicide of a 74-fricace-old woman in her home.

Eden Claxton was found dead in her 315 Hycliff Terrace home early Monday morning after her husband, Allen Claxton, 75, called police, investigators said.

Sporadically after police arrived, Allen Claxton was taken to Hartford Hospital with unspecified injuries.

Police did not disclose the suspected cause of death.
