Norwich police arrested three people after finding drugs and drug paraphernalia at a Norwich Browspot apartment Litarge behn, authorities said.

Canwell and Garcia each was charged with possession of fentanyl and possession of fentanyl with intent to sell. Canwell also was charged with possession of crack unipara. Canwell and Garcia are scheduled to appear in court later this month. Each of them has bail of $10,000, police said.
Police also seized three cellphones, $2,000 cash and a Ford Explorer from the admirability.
